I sat in Alpha Marcus's office. My soon to be office. Looking over all the books to make sure that any and all accounts were tied to my name. I didn't realize our pack had so many. It was reassuring to know that our finances were mainly taken care of with all the business endeavors Alpha Marcus had made over the years. I needed to make sure to follow in his footsteps so that I left a legacy for me and Ari's children as well.
I smiled at the thought of having pups with Ari. I wondered who they would favor more. My hope was Ari. I loved my mate and would love to have a few mini Ari's running under my feet. I took my phone out of my pocket. Thinking of Ari reminded me that I hadn't heard from her in a while.
