Sera’s POV
“Alpha, we have a problem!”
I was in the pack’s dining area having breakfast with Draco, Miles, and Max, and finalizing the details for Draco’s pack when the doors burst open and Grace, Max’s sister, came in through the doors and exclaimed with a pale face.
I glanced up at her, a frown creasing my brows as I asked, “Grace, what’s wrong? What’s going on?”
She came forward panting.
Max sent her a glass of water, which she gulped down without pause as we watched.
“Some pack members who are against the merger of the two packs are kicking up a ruckus in protest!”
I let out a sigh, all my appetite for the dish of cold roast chicken and a glass of strawberry juice before me long forgotten.
