Charoen Rohan smiles a faint smile. Marks of tiredness criss-cross his face. I wrap him in an embrace as he puts his arms around me. My breathings come out in gasps, striking his chest. He holds my chin, lifting my face. “Is everything okay?” His voice is soft. At that moment, my cell phone rings. The Ash Man is on the line. I look at Rohan. “Give me a minute, please,” I whisper and go to the balcony.             “What has happened?” The Ash Man says. “I’ve been calling you from the last sixty minutes.”             “Umm, my phone was in the cupboard.”             “You didn’t complete the ritual. You stopped half-way.” He tries to cover his irritating tone but can’t completely. “How can you expect to attain nirvana?”  “I was losing concentration. I’ll continue for sure.” I return
