Chapter - 131 - Something new is Cooking

Steev's POV :

John and I didn't reached home. When we reached home we saw that the main door was open. We both went inside the house to see what was going on. when we enter the room we saw that Shikha and Sofia both were sitting down and talking to each other smiling and enjoying when we look at that confirmed that everything was fine in between them. It was the final great relief about that matter. John and I entered the room they both saw us entering and then Shika said, " Hey Steev and John, come welcome. " Ha ha thank you for welcoming us Shika." , John replied. "I am excited to know what happened. Tell us we want to know." , I said. "Yes yes Definitely we will tell everything but before that we have prepared something to eat I will bring that for you.", said Shika and went to the kitchen. Even Sophia went With Shika to the kitchen. And then they both came out with two plates each. And when we saw it was veg pulao. Shika and Sophia had prepared Pulao for us. "Look, we have prepared Pulao. Let us have this while having the conversations.", said Sophia. "Yes that's great.", said John. "Wow, thank you for this. It would be really amazing and having this amazing food while sitting together will be nothing but cherry on the cake." , I said. "Yes exactly you are right. It will be so much fun.", said Shika. "I am also very happy and excited.", said Sophia. "Me too, and I am happy for you all. I am really happy to see you all happy. ", said John. "Yes John even I am very happy.", I said. "I know all are very happy, now shall we eat our pulau? food is getting cold, It will be nice if we have our food when it is hot.", said Shika. "Yes yes I am hungry as well. Let's have our food.", I replied.

We all four people sat down together to have food. I was really happy for whatever was happening. I was feeling like I had got a family. It was looking like we all were a beautiful family who would be always happy with each other. That moment was one of my favourites I felt. When we tasted the food, it was really very tasty. Sophia and Shika both had prepared really tasty food. "Hey guys this is so tasty.", I said. "Yes you girls have prepared so well. Please do share us the recipe.", said John. "Ha! ha! yes please, even we will prepare delicious food like this and eat.", I said. "Actually I did not do anything much, all most everything was done by Sophia. So all the credit goes to her.", said Shika. "Wow is it Sophia, that's great.", said John. "Yes I love cooking so most of the time when my mother prepares something I used to go to her and notice how she prepares it. And because of that I also learnt few items how to prepare.", said Sophia. "Wow so sweet.", said Shika. We all were having food and talking to each other. I slowly went closer to John and said, " Do you think it would be awkward for them if we ask what did they talk about?" "Yes probably, do not ask now, we can ask them later separately. Why are you hurrying. Stay calm and enjoy the current moment. You can ask them later.", said John. I felt he was right. There was no point in hurrying. I could ask them later on or whenever they feel like sharing they would share it, I felt. "Yes John, you are right. I would do that.", I replied. Shika and Sophia had become really close to each other. It was really good to see that. Few minutes passed and we all had finished eating our food. I took everyone's plate and kept in the kitchen. We all washed our hands and stood. I was that Shika was going towards the unwashed dishes. "Shika, where are you going?", I said. "To clean the dishes.", she replied. "No ways, you are not gonna wash the dishes. Do not go there. Come here.", I said. "But Still Steev... ", said Shika. "I said you should not wash the dishes and it is final. Please listen to me.", I said. "Hmm.. okay Steev, I will listen to you. How can I not listen to you.", said Shika. "Ha! Ha! That's so sweet of you Shika.", I said. "I know right, that I am sweet.. ", said Shika. "Oh yeah. I too know right.", I said. It was really a cute little moment of Shika and me. I could see that she was blushing and it was so cute.

" Ahem ahem... ", said John and Sophia. When Shika and I saw that John and Sophia noticed us even I to started getting shy but it was really a cute and sweet moment I could say. But then again Shika and I were standing and talking by ourselves and we suddenly noticed that Even John and Sophia were talking and it was not a normal friendly talk it was some cute blushing kinda talk and some talks can't be explained but could be felt. I slowly signalled Shika and showed her pointing towards John and Sophia and even Shika felt that they both were looking really cute together and they were even blushing with each other and it was clear and we were able to feel it. As they both did to us we too did the same thing. Shika and I went towards John and Sophia had said, "Ahem ahem.. What's cooking?", we said. "Steev, what is this. There is nothing cooking, you guys are just exaggerating.", said John but the way he was saying that did not have any eye contact or any confidence. "Why am I feeling like you are telling lie?", I said. "You can think whatever you want to.", said John. But when I noticed Sophia she was not at all telling anything instead she was just standing there blushing and smiling. "John you need not try to justify because while looking at Sophia I can clearly understand what is the matter.", said Shika and then Shika and I started laughing out loud. We did not go to make them more uncomfortable by pulling their legs. Shika and I just made an eye contact and then decided to stop pulling their legs and give them a bit space.

Actually I did not wanted to let Shika leave. I knew the next day we would be meeting but still I did not feel like Letting her go. By the time I was thinking Sophia said, "Guys I think I should leave now. If I reach home too late then my granny is gonna kill me.", she said. "Oh yes yes today we understood how your granny is. Ha! ha!", said John. "That's cool. You people know her and that's good.", said Sophia. After that Sophia left. While she was leaving John went with her and left her till her lane. " Sophia it's late so I don't want you to go alone, I'll come along with you. I will drop you till your lane.", said John. "Yes please come.", replied Sophia happily. When that happened Shika and I looked at each other and smiled. I was happy for John. I really was hoping that he should be happy always, he also should have a girl in his life who should love him a lot. When John went to drop Sophia, Shika and I was in the room. I was really happy that everything was going good. I was really badly feeling like hugging Shika and telling her how happy I was. Shika was standing in front of me smiling. First time I was seeing her blushing so much. I slowly walked towards her. I could see that Shika was blushing even more and more by looking at who blushing even I was blushing a lot they say that usually guys do not blush more but as per my experience it was all wrong because it's a girl or a boy everyone would blush a lot when they would be in love with someone special and specially when that person would be in front of the person whom they love the most and at that moment I and Shika both were in love with each other but we had not yet expressed that to each other by words but we were still communicating through our eyes and just by looking into each others eyes we were clearly able to find out that what we wanted to express and the eyes were speaking only one language and that was the language of love. I never knew how beautiful true love will be because after my mom's love I never felt a woman's love at all yes my sister loved me a lot but yet I was not so close to her but my mother to next lady with whom I was in love with was Shika.

That day I clearly understood that there will be a mother in every woman. Every female had a mother within herself. I do not know how but I was getting the Vibe of my mother when Shika was with me. I would feel really comfortable with her and also I would really get that motherly feeling from her. After my mother it was her I felt. I was even close to Shika's mother as well, she had already accepted me as her son and she had told me that she was my second mother so I did not want to let that mother go as well because there would be only few lucky people who would get more than one mother. I was feeling that at that situation I was not a motherless child I had two mothers whose love was really pure and even I loved them the most. Shika and I were having really a special eye contact and more than looking at her face or more than thinking of her beauty or other than thinking of things which usually youngsters think, I was getting a feeling of love and care. I was getting a lot of thoughts about motherly care and security that every child would feel. I was feeling like I was a child once again who was the longing for mothers love and care. Every human being would be a child of his or her mother, no matter what age group he or she would belong to they would be always a child who would always long for love, care, security, support and so on. At that moment I probably went back to that zone where the things which I had with in myself was coming out the things were related to love and care which a child expects from their mothe. Also I felt that how the child expects all that from his or her mother, the same way it would be the child's duty to show the same love, care, security, and support to his or mother. Mother's are really great they do not expect anything in return from their child, but it would be the child's duty to keep their mother happy. later on in future when our parents would get old they play a role of a child and at that situation as a mature child we need to take care of our parents as their parents. At that moment our parents would play the role of the child and we need to play the role of their parents. And there the complete process repeats. When I was imagining all that I was really having the feelings of mixed emotions. I was a great thinker. Within a minute I would think lot of things. That day I was thinking all of those things while I was looking into Shika's eyes. I felt that I was really very Lucky that I had met a girl who was giving me motherly feeling. And even Shika would be happy if she would come to know that, what I was feeling that day while I looked deeply into her eyes.
