Chapter - 36 - A Beautiful Moment

Steev's POV :

For a while we both were just paused and were just looking at each other's eyes. I was just enjoying that beautiful moment. I did not want anything to get spoilt, that's why I was paused and just looking at her. And I was waiting for her to talk something as I did not know what was to be spoken at that moment. But surprisingly even Shika was looking into my eyes and smiling. Probably Shikha was blushing and it really made me blush as well. That was such a cute moment which I never experienced in my life. After a minute we just realised that we were just lost in each other's eyes and suddenly she said, "Steev! I think I need to leave now, it's too late. I need to go home and I have some work at home as well which needs to be done at home. That's why I am going to leave now." I replied, "Really Shika? You want to go home so soon?" So Shika replied, "Yes Steev, so sorry but this time I have to leave but I will promise that I will be coming here soon." I replied, "Yes Shika, you have to come here soon within few days because mostly in some days I might have to join for my new job, that's why I said that you need to come soon." "Yes, I know that. Definitely we will meet soon.", She replied. "Yes Shika sure", I said. I was really sad and upset that she was leaving but I had no rights to tell her to wait for a long time. And it was not good at all to make anyone stay for too long forcefully. She also had some work to be done, that's why it was okay to let her go, I thought.
