Chapter - 42 - John's Concern Towards Steev

Steev's POV :

After I heard John speaking like that, I thought there was something really wrong and I needed to find out what it was. So I begged John. “ John please tell me what happened.”, I asked him continuously. “ Please say what happened.”, I repeatedly asked the same question almost around 10 times, looking at his eyes. And finally John said, “ Okay, I will tell you what happened listen.”

I said, Yes John, please tell me what happened. I really need to know.” John said, “ I need you to be an independent person and stand on your own legs. I feel some way I am always coming in between your independent life or snatching your freedom and I don't want it to happen.” I said, “John what are you even saying? I do not even understand a single word, can you please explain to me.” " Okay, let me tell you directly.”, said John. I said, “John, please I cannot wait for even a minute now.” “ I want you to be independent and brave enough to face reality so that you look brave and strong in front of Shika. I know you are brave and strong, but she shouldn't think that you always depend on me or you always need my support and partnership of mine for all your work. I know it is not the truth that you do your work by yourself, but when we meet Shika I also come with you and she shouldn't think that you always depend on me or something that I always come behind you. I want your impression to be good in front of Shika so that it will be very helpful for your future.", Said John. As John said like that, I replied, “John what are you even saying? There is no logic behind your thought because today you were not there in the room as you went to work but I called Shika and she was there. We had a really good time cooking together and having the food and you were not there here for my guidance or for my support, but I did it by myself right. I called her and she came, then we cooked together and had a great time together and please don't think that she will think wrong about you or me. She is such a kind person with a kind heart. I have known her for so long and right now I know her even more better and even you know her right. She is not a person who will miss understand anyone or judging them. " John replied, “Yes you are right. I forgot about what happened yesterday. I forgot that I was not there with you and you did it by yourself . I know it was a simple thing, but I just spoke to you rudely so that you should understand, but yeah you are right Steev, I shouldn't have acted like that because there wasn't any logic behind whatever I said. I am with you and I really did not want to be rude to you. I never spoke to you like that, did I?”

“No John, you never spoke to me like this before and that's why I was really worried and tensed because I had no habit of listening to your rude talk. Me talking rudely to you, it was the first time that happened, so I was really worried and was so sad about that. That's why I just wanted to clear it out right now, as in the morning you would have to go to work and we would not get time to sort out things. That's why I thought right now it was a good time to discuss it and yes, finally we figured it out. And please John, never ever like this. If you have to say anything, we will sit directly and talk and solve it out like good brothers. Not fighting like those brothers who fight and then get into a great misunderstanding and end up hurting each other. I never want to get far from you. You are my brother, my father, and actually you are my whole family. So I do not want to get away from a family like you ”, I said.
