RETURNING TO THE FIRST LOVE
The place of our essence
The heart of His presence
The reason for our lives
We are called His bride, we are His wives
He can never leave us, nor forsake us
That is why He took the way of the cross
To connect back to the tree
The tree of which its fruit we eat and become free
Free from the wages of sin and death
Because in His righteousness we stand and breathe His breath
We are on Exodus to the heart of worship
Where we have with Him true relationship
The revelation will be we are returning to Eden as a living spirit
Because the last Adam came with the life-giving Spirit! Hallelujah!
Our salvation is real!
What is love?
The word “LOVE” spans beyond our literal understanding. I am not going to use any dictionary or lexicon to define love. I will define love, from the revelation knowledge point of view, been dependent on the Word of ASCAT for greater inspiration.
Love is the very seed of ASCAT that reveals His character.
All of you are in the reflection of your character, which implies all of ASCAT is in love. This will connect us to a deeper revelation of who ASCAT is and why He loves relationship (worship) when it is true. If all of ASCAT is in love, it then implies ASCAT is love explained scripturally in 1 John 4: 8 which states, “He who does not love does not know ASCAT, for ASCAT is love”. This Scripture, even as it is being typed, quickens my inner man, to connect this depth of knowledge that, if we have ASCAT, then we can love and if we have not ASCAT, we cannot love. This implies we love ASCAT, because He first love us and when we have this understanding we will be able to know that we can do nothing without Him, for all we are, is in Him. Please! Patiently follow me; I am going somewhere……
We travel from Genesis with the picture of love and we could not see it, as a result, we fell.
We got Exodus He revealed He as love and instructed us to love him, but we still fail to.
In Exodus He became angry, He wanted to destroy us, He now thought of our nature, and He held back His anger and started teaching His ways, pointing to His Word. He brought His Word and because of our stubbornness, it was presented as law, while the reality of it is Grace which is the life from who He is (Love). He proved His nature further by dealing out rightly with the Egyptians and make clear that no one dares with His love. Out of His nature, all that is need was abundantly supplied, even in the wilderness where there was no hope for supply. The living and bread from heaven pointing to the greatest gift of all. I call it Fedora (Divine Gift). Because of His nature of love, the night became a day for His lovers and day became night for His haters and in confusion, His haters could not access to attack His lovers. They were completely secured and wrapped up in His love, such that even the sea, could not close the road but open up for His lovers to pass through on the dry ground, even in the sea, such that waters became a solid wall and still in His love, He saw through and saw the enemies of His lovers advance and He troubled and remove the wheels of their chariot, preparing them as meat for the fishes and the waters. And it came to pass in His love, that the Egyptians they see in their days, they will never see again, and the Egyptians we are seeing today, in His love, we will never see again. All He did was in His love and through His love. I can go on and on and on, talking about His love in this Exodus (journey), but I had to depart to Leviticus.
In Leviticus, in His love, He started pointing to His greatest gift, but we did not understand, because we could not key in into the revelation, so we started creating laws and patterns, the way things will be conducted. But we never knew… He didn’t intend us to work in ourselves but to live, all to be done in His love. We went into a burnt offering, grain offering, peace offering, the sin offering, and trespass offering …. And all the offerings when in His nature, He was only trying to tell us, that He doesn’t need these offerings that all He needs from us is love and in love, we give Him our all, and He releases His all. We became so lost in our ways to the point that we started making laws when we see through our self wills, we see Him instructing us to make laws, but when we see through His love, He was only trying to tell us. His grace is sufficient if only we can focus and depend on His love. We made the law of sin and we still end up sinning, we make the law of trespass offering, and we have never avoided trespassing. We make the law of peace, and even with ourselves, we are not in peace and how can we be, with Him? We pile up for ourselves laws that we could not even remember talk more of to keep, and decided, maybe they should be numbered.
In Numbers, still in love, He was pointing us His promise, His mind, where He wants to bring us to and He could only explain it with the words we can comprehend…. So, in love, He revealed that He bringing us into a land flowing with milk and honey… that spans beyond its literal meaning, but we could not still connect the revelation. He was never given up on us because it is not in His nature to leave, or forsake us. So in number, He had to number us, so that those who are numbered (chosen) will be under His watch and protection because it is not in nature to lose anyone. In all He never took His presence, in His love, He stayed with us even as we sojourn to the promised land. We complain, He gets hurt, but still, in love, He gave all we requested for, but we never stopped complaining because we were selfish and He was taking us through this journey to destroy ourselves, which was His major problem with us. In His image, He didn’t put self and He wouldn’t want to destroy His image, so in His nature, He had to orchestrate a way out. He brought us to Canaan and we deliberately refuse to enter, even when He had told us, it is a land following with milk and honey. We were still engrossed in the meat, garbage, cucumber and all the perishable we ate, even in pains while in bondage in Egypt. Even in ignorance and or pride we even made known that we want to return to Egypt. What a patient, patience is a fruit of His nature. A lot of us lost our lives because we were stubborn and rebellious, always resisting His will. We made a lot of mistakes, in love He chastises us and correct and draw us close even to His embrace, such that we have no memory of the pains while He chastises us to bring us back from our straying path. In love, He made it known to us that He is the way, but we still could not see it, we just keep numbering things and doing things in our way. But when we readjust to and align to His perfect way, still in His love, we triumph and dethrone our enemies.
In Deuteronomy, He made crystal clear the implications of loving and not loving Him back the way He loves us. That has its evidence in blessing and curse, as a result, obedience and disobedience and desired that we always choose obedience, because disobeying Him is a sin and the wages of sin is death, He wants us to trust and obey Him. He taught us His nature of giving, but we still keep back and as a result could truly worship Him, because, in worship, we give Him, not in part but in full. He also revealed to us the implication of returning the first love (Deut. 30: 1- 10) and gave us choice, between life and death and gave us expo to choose life, so that we and our generation live. What a love! But we still rebel and as a result our heads who supposed to become loving became temperamental and many of them now missed it. But all He still plants His very seed in some of us and Joshua became His seed carrier to lead His people on….
In Joshua, He gave us the secret to all good and summarized His intention how to connect His love to have all (Joshua 1: 8) and to keep all His law, which still boils down to loving Him the way He loves us. It became crystal clear that the entire message of the Bible points toward ASCAT’s love for mankind. Humiliating nature to prove the extent of His love for us, the sun stood still and the moon stopped. What a loving ASCAT! In His love, we conquer, despite our apostasy, because of His love for us, He was still faithful and had never stopped being faithful. Because of disobedience Judges was written.
In Judges, there was a call and the call was to summon a righteous king who would lead the people back to ASCAT. Our disobedience grew more serious, but He was never giving up on us and as a result, we became a slave to sin, such that the only thing to savage our falling state was someone who has no sin laying up His life and a symbolic picture was painted, through the sacrificing of animals for the atonement of our sins, but what we need was not atonement, but remission. In His love, He never stopped there, he continues, teaching us the truth, pointing to His greatest gift. In His love, we saw that our protection was not due to our goodness, or our willingness to repent, but His very nature. It is all in His loving! What a loving ASCAT! In us love connecting us to a beautiful love story in Ruth.
In Ruth, He was portraying unto us that He is all love and He cannot leave us and for that reason, He became our redemption even when we cannot still see it in reality for real. And this was evident in Naomi deciding never to leave her widowed mother-in-law and her faith in ASCAT. And her faith did not provide for her, but also place her in the messianic family line, and this connected her to a call to worship revealing that nature in VOW (Vessel of Worship), evident in Samuel as the of Hannah who vows avowed.
In Samuel, because of His love, Hannah vow a vowed ad Samuel came and served the Lord of the days of His life. And we saw that because of disobedience, His glory departed (Ichabod) and we now have the true picture of what it takes to worship in a few committed words, “Obedience is better than sacrifice” and reality in His love He found a man after His heart and we learn of Him the true act of worship, evident in David, pointing to a seed of love which is to come. And we saw how the intimidator was destroyed by a little seed of love pointing that loves conquers all things, evident in David humiliating Goliath, carry His head containing His dirty ranting mouth defiling ASCAT’s people, detached from his big for nothing body. In His love, David builds a temple of praise and His presence was restored to Israel. And in His love, a seed of wisdom is born evidently in Solomon even when the act of David, was wrong, because of His love, He turned the seed into a seed that reveals His glory and splendours of the greatest King which was just a tip of an iceberg of the reality of the king who is to come.
In Kings, we see people who came from far and near searching for ASCAT’s wisdom which is just the manifestation of His very nature of love, pointing to the wisdom of ASCAT Himself. In ASCAT sent a man who declares His Word and humiliates the prophets of Baal, making evident in His love a clear separation between the false and in the true, the bad and the good, the unfaithful people and the unfaithful people. Revealing the spiritual odyssey and His faithfulness to His people in love, in love, He showed us how He will be caught up to heaven in ascension, typified in Elijah who declared the Word of the Lord. Reflecting the people without direction, leaders who failed to lead, and an ASCAT who was forced to discipline His rebellious, which was a true act of love.
In Chronicles, David brought back the ark of ASCAT, and we the seed of David is bringing back presence as we love Him via true worship of the living ASCAT, not-self. And as we look book, all we recorded, is summarized and understood into one word “Love” and we got to know, all He desired from us is to stay in love with Him. And we saw got to know that our act of love for Him should not be a routine, but a lifestyle that musty be maintained and sustained through our heart made up to serve Him in total obedience to His perfect will.
Ezra witness ASCAT’s faithfulness to His people, pointing toward His love and point to the event of the deliverance from captivity in Babylon, but through every experience, ASCAT in His love still proved Himself faithful and true. In His love, worship was restored, the temple was restored, and the restoration of the temple also begins, even with resistance and great opposition evident in the improper marriage as a result of yoking with pagans (unbelievers) and in His love, the pagan wives were put away introducing us to a period of trials.
Nehemiah, in the face of criticism and great opposition, led the small Israelites community to rebuild the wall of Jerusalem for its physical protection, and we are rebuilding the wall of our spiritual Jerusalem, focusing on His love to ensure our spiritual protection. We saw how trustworthy His love is and how merciful and truthful He is in judgment. And through His love, the captives are sets free and return to their place of heritage, all in His love.
Esther was a beautiful orphan who rises from obscurity to become a queen and was used to reflect ASCAT’s love to His children who were supposed to be annihilated. Love lifted us and came to our rescue when we are obscurely in danger of destruction, His love took our place. Love overcame the enemies plot!
The job was an upright man who was a true representation of a man that fears ASCAT and saw the reality of ASCAT’s love. Despite the pressures to give up, he held on to the love of ASCAT and He later became greater than His past. We learned that while going through ASCAT’s allowed trials and time of suffering, we are often overwhelmed by self-pity. We want an explanation for why ASCAT allows trials to happen to us but forgetting that He is trying to carve out His very nature in us, to know how enduring He had been with us, even when we err. What a love! We saw here, ASCAT’s perspective of suffering and when we are sensitive enough, it is the right time to intimate and loves Him the more, because, it is when love Him that we have all that we have lost, restored. There is no loss in love and we are restored, we cannot stop singing
Psalms, this express our deepest passions, our desperate heart cry amid despair, and also the heart of ecstatic praise our all providing, comforting and loving ASCAT. Psalms lead us through the valleys and peaks of human experience, but in the end, guide us to the praise of our loving ASCAT.
Let me take it deeper in His love!
In His love, He did not stop after proving Job’s patience; He left a little glimpse of what He is experiencing when we stray from Him. In patience He won’t just wait for us to come back to Him, He will come seeking us with His all, all to restore us to our original heritage, He will cheerfully endure all of our straying attitude that is more like the sword of disobedience piercing right into His heart. In His love, He is can never give up on us, even when He desires us to turn our face to Him, we end up in our way, giving Him our back, so as a result what we see is fury, with our self-willed inviting for us calamities beyond what we could bear. In His love, He presented Himself as a gift and starts teaching us the principles of wisdom in
Proverbs;
It goes on and on to revelation, the message is clear, very crystal… that ASCAT is love and all He desires from us is love. Therefore, returning to the first love can never be real except with true repentance. Because love came down, He who knew no sin became sin because He is in love with us and could stand the pain of having us face the penalty of sin, so He took our place. By dying, He destroyed death and since we all fear death, He gave us His love, so that as its seed remains in us, we are made perfect in love and perfect love, cast out fears (1 John 4: 8). And since what He left in us is an absence of fear, what remains was His very spirit that activates His character in us, called faith which makes us see with His own eyes, by focusing on His love for us. Since we have no fear (2 Timothy 1: 7), we now have the boldness to enter into the heart of worship, the place of understanding what His love means to us. Therein, we know His presence is heaven and we cannot be a desire to ever remain in @His presence.
It started with loving coming down (John 3: 16)
It proceeded to the reality of which we are in Him, evident through the Word that flesh and we have our true identity in Him sharing our form and gave His form evident in grace and truth (John 1: 14)
And to connect this reality, we have to identify with Him through believing and accepting Him, to access the sonship rights to become His very own by becoming born again, to destroy the Adam nature, connecting us to the revelation reality that we are a living spirit which has the life from the last Adam who is the life-giving Spirit. (John 1: 12; 3: 3; 20: 22; 1 Corinthians 15: 45)
1 Corinthians 15: 45
And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.
In our new birth, we connect into the realm, where flesh and blood dies, what come alive is our thoughts and the spirit, such that the spirit becomes our blood and the body of our thoughts. And that is why the moment we start thinking, we start creating, because the reality of our thoughts will be made crystal clear the moment we start thinking because we are no longer functioning in the carnal dimension, but the dimension of the spirit where flesh is put to death.
Returning to the first love is dying completely to self which is the major impedance to true worship. To return to the first love, we must choose to walk deliberately in the way of the Lord, because outside that is a way of self (Proverbs 14: 12; 16: 25, Jeremiah 6: 16). The way of the Lord is the ancient path where the good way is. So narrow is the way, though it leads to life, but because of how tough and rough it is, a lot of people have forsaken it and chosen the broad path. The way to the first love, is a narrow path, the way to self-deprivation and self-crucifixion.
So returning to the first love can be seen as an act of love you get involved in with ASCAT that kept intact your relationship with Him, but all of a sudden went cold because you disobeyed His Word. When you receive Christ Jesus, what you experience, is the feeling of first love and ASCAT does not intend it to wax cold, but to grow to maturity, so you can truly know Him as he is. When you receive Christ, you experience the delight of the first love and ASCAT’s spirit witness in your spirit that you are a child of ASCAT (Rom. 8: 16) and this newfound relationship brings you great joy and freedom. But unfortunately, many Christians fall away from the first love having been confronted with life’s situations and temptations calling you back to your vomits. When a believer does not depend on ASCAT to meet His daily needs, His love for ASCAT grows cold.
We left the first love and ASCAT is somewhat against us (Revelation 2: 4, 5). The solution is returning, which has to do with recalling our salvation experience can help you recognize how far you have gone and desire to return, having experienced what you are experiencing, knowing fully well that it cannot be compared with your first experienced, which implies, you are supposed to be growing even as your advance. Do you have a greater or weaker sense of your need for ASCAT now? Are you cooler toward ASCAT and less passionate about spiritual things than you once were? If so, remember, repent and start doing those things you were doing that makes you feel closer to ASCAT than ever. Repentance connotes a change of mind, heart, and direction, forsaking the thoughts, attitudes and actions that have drawn your attention away from wholehearted love for ASCAT. Receive ASCAT’s forgiveness and renew your commitment to the things of ASCAT. Areas that points to your first work are
