DAMAGES CAUSED BY RELIGION
Religion has done us more harm than good, and it has eaten far deep into the core of the church, with a cancerous disease like a host, housing all the evil: unforgiveness, resentment, jealousy, hatred… Endless list if we are to keep mentioning.
Religion seeks to establish its righteousness, and by so doing not depending on the righteousness of ASCAT, as a result, religious men become selfish…. And we all know ASCAT’s greatest enemy is self. ASCAT-man is the end of religion, so as a Christian whose mind is to become a true believer of Christ Jesus we must not be religious because religion is not the lifestyle of Christ but a lifestyle that tries mimicking the life of Christ Jesus, but do not practice the weightier matter of the law which is justice, mercy and faithfulness (Matthew 23: 23). Religion is the representation of the law, while Christ Jesus is the perfect representation of grace (ASCAT in the race) and truth (the knowledge of the Word that sets…… free)
The Scripture made it crystal clear that presenting our body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to ASCAT, is our reasonable service. This implies all of our services can never be reasonable until we bring our members under the Spirit’s watch because without that, we cannot guide our hearts with all diligence and you know out of the heart flows the issues of life.
If we can have a personal relationship with the Word of ASCAT (Bible), the work of Pastors will be reduced and made easy.
As a Christian, if your attitude does not tend this direction then you must have to run a reality check on your life to know truly if you are what you claim, or it is just a claim. Here is what a Christian attitude that truly believes and has not the mindset as Christ-like, but the right mindset of carrying His crosses daily and denying self which redefines Christianity as death to the flesh and alive in the spirit (call to glory) should be….
Love drove without hypocrisy.
Abhorrence of evil and clinging to what is good.
Being affectionate to one another even in love.
Never lagging (i.e. being instant, with a sense of urgency to doing what is ordained as written in the Word, even attending to the need and service of the Church).
Patient in tribulation.
Continuing steadfastly in prayers (making prayers your lifestyle).
Giving to hospitality and be prudent in giving especially to the needy.
The mindset that blesses those who persecute you and never curse them.
The mindset that rejoices with those that rejoice with you and mourns with those who mourn with you.
Humility: not being wise in your own opinion.
The mindset that repays no evil for evil, no matter the gravity of offences.
Living peacefully with all men, “All men” all calibres of men, good and bad, hot or cool.
Not taking vengeance even when you have a million and one reasons to
I love this Scripture
Romans 12: 20
Therefore, if your enemy is hungry, feed him, if he is thirsty; give him a drink, for in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.
Being subject to the government, not been above the law.
Being subject to the authority of the church e.g. your pastor or your spiritual leaders or heads.
Being subject to the authority of the church e.g. your pastors or your spiritual leaders or heads.
Sometimes your spiritual authority may be wrong, but hear what the Bible has to say in Romans 12: 5, “therefore, you must be subject not only because of wrath but also for conscience sake”.
Christians should only be but one faction, which is Christ. If you call yourself a Christian and people cannot see Christ in you, you are fulfilling The Accuser’s program to have a form, but deny the reality as ordained, you are not true and if are not putting on Christ, your identity is questionable. (Romans 13: 14, “But put on the Lord ASCAT-man, and make no provision for the flesh to fulfil its lusts.”)
Those who claim it is not Scriptural to celebrate Christmas, what do you say about this Scripture, “Romans 14: 5, 6 “One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in his mind, he, who observes the day, observes it to the Lord, and he who does not observe the day, to the Lord does not observe it. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives ASCAT thanks and he who does not eat, to the Lord he does not eat and give ASCAT thanks.
