ARE WE SLEEPING?
Scripture will not admonish us to awake from our sleep or arise from the dead (carnal mindedness) that leads to faithfulness which is the root of lawlessness that will make the love of many waxes cold and cause death to abound in the place of life, but awakening from our sleep is the function of returning o the Lord, or better still delighting in the Lord, instead of desiring things. Adam fell into a deep sleep and ASCAT is saying, “Awake, all you that sleep and Christ will give you light, arise from dead and Christ will give you life (Ephesians 4: 14).” Therefore, Adam slept with his desire Cain was born (flesh) (Genesis 4: 1), instead of His delight to be born of the Spirit.
