Dad held his arm around my shoulder as he walked me back to the pack house.
"Don't worry sweetie he didn't mean to sound so harsh,"
"He's never talked to me like that Dad it hurt, but I do understand what he said and I should have just followed what he said, I'm sorry for ordering you to take me there, that was wrong of me,"
Dad gave me a squeeze kissing my temple,
"It's okay sweetie it's behind us now, let just get back and wait for any word,"
"Dad, do you know what's gonna happen with those people?"
"Reins is taking them to the clinic to be checked over then he will decide on what's to come of them being here,"
I nodded my head knowing he would make the right choice,
"They were in bad shape I wonder what happened to them?"
