It's the second day of the council being here let's just say that tense doesn't even cover how everyone is feeling right now.
The first day wasn't so bad the spent most the day gathering everyone side of the story on what all happen. They didn't even speak with Rachel yet.
They wanted to know about Nick and how she drugged him and even spoke with Ariel when they heard Rachel held her sister which was so thin we couldn't hide from them they then requested to speak with Gracie.
