My eyes opened to the bright light shining into the room. I shut my eyes immediately because of the headache that was killing me.
I felt very hot and I was back on Rowan's bed.

“Oh, you're awake. I was so worried about you. Here, have some water."
Nat handed me a cup of water and I emptied it quickly. My body hurt all over and it hurt to even breathe.
