Lying in bed having cuddles with Chammy, the dog’s white face was cluttered with dirt. I was watching the Cheech and Chong video, Up in Smoke, enjoying a packet of Chicken Chickadee’s, washing it down with a can of TAB. The TV commercial worked, featuring Elle MacPherson. What a body! Then there was a vigorous banging on my door. The gang stormed in, jumped onto my bed, and scuffed my hair and head like jelly. In an obsession of frenzy, all the fellas jumped onto the bed, wildly humping my body and leg. Cham was barking at them, wagging his little fluffy tail. Leigh was dry-humping the dog, howling.
‘That’s gross!’ I yelled with a mouthful of chips.
Poor little Cham leapt off the bed and legged it out of there, his tail between his legs.
