Punishment

That afternoon with very hot weather there were three women sitting at the bus stop, who else if not Bella, Joanna, and Rena. Because now they don't have a private vehicle plus they don't want to bother the driver, they prefer to take the bus to return to their respective homes. 

The three of them were already sweating from the bus that came a little late, Bella and Joanna could still take it as normal heat but it didn't seem like it. Since going to school this morning he has been tying a thin scarf around his neck, isn't that kid hot?! Joanna and Bella just thought they'd die if they wore their scarf in nearly 41 degrees.

Tired of waiting for the bus to come or not, the three chose to take a taxi to go home. Before getting into the taxi they gave a farewell hug, even though in the evening they would meet again.

"Let me know if you get into trouble," he said to Bella. felt responsible for the car Bella had bet on last night. Bella nodded.

During the journey to her residence, Bella kept chanting various kinds of prayers until her own tongue was entangled. Her brain had been organizing the words she would say if her parents asked questions, it could be said to prepare weapons before fighting. 

After traveling for about 30 minutes now Bella has arrived at her family's residence. With determination Bella knocked on the big door which was immediately opened by a servant.

"Welcome young lady, sir and madam are waiting for you in the family room," said the butler who was usually called Uncle Agus.

Before going to the family room, Bella walked closer to Agus' uncle and nudged the old man's arm to face her. "Uncle, will anything bad happen to me?" Bella asked in a very low voice

Uncle Agus just snorted softly when his little young lady asked. "Go meet your Daddy and Mommy, then you will get the answer" after saying that Uncle Agus immediately left Bella with a bent face.

God please save me.

Bella entered the family room where there was already her Daddy staring straight ahead, making Bella have to gulp her saliva roughly. "Daddy .. I'm home" Bella said softly and showed her sweet smile.

"Sit down" Bella immediately did what her Daddy told her to do.

The atmosphere became very gripping and Bella knew her history would end at this very moment, until a hand wrapped around her shoulder. "Mommy's daughter has gone home, apparently," said a sweet woman who was the same as her.

"Mommy~" Bella immediately turned around and hugged her mother.

Daddy Bella, who saw that, just rolled his eyes lazily when the mother and daughter were relaxing. “Could you not bother first, Goddess?” Dewi just glared at her husband and then released her embrace to the princess.

"Tsk, don't be too serious, John," Dewi said, irritated when her husband was too serious.

Johnny let the mother and daughter take off their longing first and then he would interrogate his favorite youngest child, until the release ceremony was over and Dewi was sitting beside him.

"Daddy wants to ask you something, Bella" Bella nodded, luckily she had been training before this war started.

"Where's your car?" Johnny asked, staring into his youngest daughter.

"The workshop," Bella answered quickly, although it was certain that the answer she gave was a complete lie.

"Then Joanna's Bugatti bike?" Bella was confused when the question went straight to Joanna.

"Joanna is modifying it so the bike is still in the garage" Joanna did tell the bunny girl's parents that she wanted to modify the bike but what actually happened was that the bike had been made a bet to play Baccarat with the man in the navy mask.

"Since when did you dare to lie, Bella Angelica," Johnny said sharply, successfully making Bella's hair stand on end.

"Mea-meaning Daddy?" It seemed that his hunch was right that the people he saw at the casino last night were his Daddy's errands and also Joanna's dad.

Johnny immediately put some photos on the table which was certain the contents of the photos were himself, Joanna, and Rena who were at the casino. “Last night you risked your BMW because you lost your credit card but instead of winning you lost and a week ago Joanna bet her Bugatti motorbike and ended up losing it. Right?!” Bella could only nod her head slowly when everything Johnny said was true.

BRAK!

Johnny, who was already emotional, immediately hit the table, Bella couldn't help but look down, not daring to raise her head, while Dewi could only stroke her husband's arm trying to lower her anger.

"Since when did you dare enter the Casino?" Bella suddenly fell silent.

"Answer Bella!" Johnny snapped

"On-one year and two months ago," replied nervously.

Johnny could only snort in resignation when he heard his son's answer. "You.. will Daddy punish" Bella who heard that immediately raised her head looking pitifully at Johnny.

"Don't worry, the punishment this time is not your facility that will be the target" Bella finally breathed a sigh of relief 

"But you will Daddy match" 

"WHAT!?" Bella was surprised when the word came out of Johnny's mouth. 

"Daddy .. please whatever punishment I will accept but please do not match" begged Bella who was sitting beside Johnny while shaking his Daddy's body.

Johnny immediately turned himself to be towards Bella and then grabbed the shoulders of his youngest son. "That's the most appropriate punishment for a brat like you," Johnny said, gently stroking Bella's head.

“No refusal or leniency?” Johnny immediately shook his head which was immediately rewarded with pursed lips from Bella.

“He is a good boy and we have agreed to match you up since you were little. Oh yeah.. tomorrow we will have dinner together and discuss your wedding date, so you are not allowed to go back to the apartment until the day after tomorrow” explained Johnny.

"But sis david is not married yet" 

"That has nothing to do with it, Bella" now Dewi opened her voice

Bella snorted in resignation and surrendered herself to the fate that befell her. "Okay.. I won't refuse, but who will be matched with me?" Ask Bella 

"It's a secret, but the clue is in the same school as you" said Dewi 

"Mommy.. there are many who go to school there, not just one or two people, give me a more accurate clue" Bella asked 

Dewi chuckled when her daughter asked for more clues. "Okay.. the prefix of his name is the letter M" 

Bella was confused, there were quite a lot of students whose names started with the letter M, but who was one?.

Oh God, please not him.

While on the other hand

Marchel and Maikel were asked to go home today by their mother just to have lunch together and family time, even though they actually had other intentions when they were asked to go home.

After having lunch together, the four members of the Kenward family gathered in the living room while watching a football program that only three of them liked.

Until the mother patted her husband's shoulder to remind him of something to discuss with one of his sons. The television screen immediately darkened, causing the children to chuckle in disapproval.

"Dad.. turn it on again, the game isn't over yet" asked the youngest

"That can be postponed, but Daddy wants to talk to you about something with your brother" the eldest felt the topic of conversation and immediately looked questioningly at the Daddy.

Maikel thought that his brother would get angry and immediately took the tea and drank it while the corner of his eyes looked at the two people who looked serious. 

"Daddy..will match you, Marchel"

“WHAT?!”

Marchel who immediately shouted loudly when he heard his Daddy's words while Maikel had choked on the tea he was drinking. The mother who saw her child choking immediately patted Maikel's back and gave him mineral water.

"Slow down, dear," said the beautiful woman while stroking Maikel's back.

Maikel immediately looked up at his mother. "Mom what Daddy said.. is it true?" Maikel asked with a probing look while her mother just nodded in approval.

"Why all of a sudden?" Ask Marchel not accept

"We did intend to match you two up, when you were little" Marchel just massaged his temples which were throbbing so hard to hear the answer from his mother.

Marchel immediately moved to be closer to his mother. "Mom..pls I'm not ready to get married" Marchel whined to his mother.

"So how's Jeff?" Asked the wife who gently stroked the brown mane of her eldest child.

"We've made an agreement which may be canceled, .." Jeffry replied, hearing that Marchel immediately tightened his arms on Shinta. Okay, let's forget Marchel who is cold when he is with his family.

Maikel can only watch the drama that is discontinued by his family even though he feels a little sorry for Marchel, who is arranged by his parents.

"Why can't Maikel be matched?" Maikel, who heard that coming out of Marchel's mouth, wanted to hit his brother's head.

"Yeah, why bring me?!" 

Shinta, who saw the bickering of her two sons, just snorted softly. "You are the older Marchel, so you have to go first" he wanted to cry but his prestige was greater.

"So..no rejection?" Marchel asked with a pitiful face looking at Jeffry.

Jeffry shook his head as a sign that there was no other way, so Marchel chose to surrender and nodded his head as a sign that he accepted gracefully.

"Who will be matched with Marchel?" Ask Maikel

Jeffry and Shinta exchanged glances and smiled meaningfully. "It's a secret and you can't go back to the penthouse because tomorrow we will have dinner with the family of the future Marchel and discuss the matter of his marriage," said Jeffry.

“So fast” Maikel hysterically

Jeffry just nodded while Marchel could only welcome his fate.

The sunny day has now turned dark, Bella is currently standing on the balcony of her room accompanied by starlight and the view of cars passing by on the main street of Jakarta. Occasionally sipping her favorite strawberry milk with her mind wandering somewhere.

According to Johnny's words tonight Bella will not return to the apartment, she will stay here until the day after tomorrow.

The sound of the vibration came from her cellphone which was on the table, Bella took the rectangular object that contained a chat from a group containing herself, Joanna, and .

I'm bad, very, very bad. How are you guys?

Joanna

Our allowance for the week is affected, you know?! We've been caught going to the Casino often. And of course money, motorbikes, ATMs, and cars have also been discovered. 

Bella 

And because of that I had a really bad accident. 

Rena

Bella 

Yak! Daddy and Mommy wouldn't do such a cruel thing to their sweet daughter.

I'll tell you tomorrow and I won't be coming back to the apartment until the day after tomorrow

“YAK NA JOANNA OPEN THE DOOR! I WILL BREAK YOU ALIVE IF YOU TELL BELLA" shouted in front of Joanna's door which was deliberately locked by the owner.

The reason she always covers her neck is because there is a kiss mark there and the culprit is David

Rena entered her room with an annoyed face with her sister's behavior.

David was forced to stay at his uncle and aunt's mansion, of course because of Marchel's orders. At first David refused but with various threats that Marchel gave, he couldn't help but have to stay until the day after tomorrow at the Kenward family mansion.

Currently they are in the swimming room in the luxurious mansion. The three of them are now busy swimming accompanied by beer, cocktails, and soft drinks prepared by the waiters.

“What brought you here, Marchel?” Asked David who took a sip of his soft drink.

"Just want to" replied Marchel who immediately got up from the swimming pool.

David snorted in annoyance, what the older man really wanted. "Don't be childish, bro. Just tell me.” David was too curious.

"Marchel was matched" it wasn't Marchel but Maikel who had just finished changing his clothes.

"What?! Are you kidding?" Maikel immediately shook his head that he was not joking at the moment.

"Why can? Who will he be matched with?” David, who was curious, immediately bombarded Marchel with questions.

“Well, they made a deal when I was a kid, and as for who I was betrothed to it's still a secret. I can only find out tomorrow when we are going to have dinner together” said Marchel, answering all the questions asked by David.

"And of course both of us will soon have a Sister-in-law" said Maikel while putting his arm around David's shoulder.

David and Maikel laughed when they saw Marchel who immediately left the room with an annoyed face.

After finishing chatting with Joanna and Bella, Bella didn't go inside at all and was still sitting on the balcony of her room. Her mind was frantic, trying to remember the names of students at school that started with the letter M. And all he knew was Maurel, Maiko, Maikel, and of course Marchel Kenward. The three of them are Bella's seniors at school.

When she was busy with her own thoughts, she didn't realize that someone had put a jacket on his shoulder and when he saw the culprit was his brother, Derris.

"Cold air can give you a cold, why don't you go inside?" Derris asked, Bella just snorted softly not intending to answer her brother's question.

“Still thinking about matchmaking?” Derris's guess was right as Bella quickly nodded.

"Why don't you just get married?! Why should I?!" Bella who can't understand because she has to step over her brother.

Derris just chuckled when he saw his little sister looking annoyed then his hand went up to stroke the younger one's head. 

"Because Feby doesn't come from a family that will be matched with you, plus I'm a man not a woman like you" said David, hearing that Bella immediately pursed her lips

"Relax, your candidate comes from a good family, he is handsome, and of course he comes from a rich family. I'm sure one day you will thank Daddy and Mommy for setting you up with him.” Bella was confused because David knew about the background of the candidate.

"How do you know, brother?" Bella asked investigating.

"Because I know him. It's very late, go to sleep tomorrow you have to go to school" said David who immediately left Bella with a curious look.

"If Derris knows that means he is one of his friends" Bella monologue.
