Chapter 24The next evening, after dinner, Wesley and I remained at the table, while Lillian insisted on helping Edith clean up the kitchen. Henry said he had to go and check the animals. We nursed our cups of coffee as we began to talk. “Have you changed your mind about the money?” he asked. “Yes, I have.” His face lit up. “That’s a relief.” “I want to use it to get Rachel’s camp up and running.
