Alexa walked back to Anderson's room with her heart thumping loudly and started working.
Preoccupied with the sheets, her mind drifted off to what Anderson had muttered before she was completely out of earshot.

Alexa thought as she dropped the bed spread in the hamper she found in the bathroom.
Taking a bucket in her hand and filling it halfway with water and powdered soap, Alexa drifted back to her thoughts.
After hearing what she was sure Anderson hadn't intended her hearing, she was scared, but happy at the same time.
She could understand why she was scared, but why the fvck did she feel happy partly?
