The elavortor

*Third POV* Running as fast as he could, the empty hallway as the black shiny shoes splashing against the small puddle in the middle of the hallway. Making him almost stumble on his feet, feeling bumping his shoulder against the wall, balancing himself. His heart was beating fast, a beat as if it was going to bust out of his chest. “No! No!! NOOO! Just a little longer please, ho-hold long a little longer”, his voice cracking at the end, a small fog forms in front of his face as he speaks. Water dripping down from the tip of his hair, the bags covering the top of his eyes, with the sliver earing over the top of his ear. Along with the blood dripping down from his head over the side of his chin. “You can't- don't leave me, don’t please jus-just a little longer!” the guy mumbles under his breath. He could feel his heart beating against his chest. Now running through another dark hallway. From the corner of his eyes, he could clearly see the dark red sky. The moon is as red as if it had been painted with the blood of death. "Don't-don't do it, just a little longer,?" bits hard over the bottom of his lips, feeling his vision getting blurred than before, clutching his hand in a tight fist. *beep…beep…beep…beep…* distance he could hear the sound of the heartbeat slowing down along with the beeping sound going crazy. "Wait!!! Don't go, wait for Watashi no ai!” Running through the hallway just to bump against the nurse carrying the tray of meds making it fall down as the glass broke into pieces. “HE-” before the nurse could scream only to freeze in response, seeing who had just bumped into him. Falling on the floor as the pieces of glass dug into his skin, making him hiss in pain. “Oh, dear, Alpha~ you are going to suffer the same pain that I felt in the past, what you made me feel”, the nurse, giggles covering her mouth with a smirk across her face. Getting up from the floor feeling the staging sensation in his heart, ignoring his own blood, making the puddle right under him. “Why! Why? Why?” stopping for a second, he grins his teeth together, standing straight, dragging his own feet forward. "Just stop it already, please" the guy pleads, which only made the nurse shake her head with a sad look on her face. "You know I can never do that. It's just the pain that I felt was-is much more than what you are feeling now." The elevator door opened with a ding, making the guy lift his head up just to see a boy who seemed to be in his early 20s with a guy in a black hat right beside her entering. Slowly turning around to face the other guy with the blurry face, but the bright yellow eyes can be seen clearly. “Wait! Wait !! There is still some time left, there is-” the next thing he knew, the guy with the hat slowly lifts his head up. A smirk formed over its lips, the eyes that were still covered by the black hair shadow formed under the eyes. This only made the guy with yellow eyes look down at his hand, the red string that was before slowly fading. "As always you are late, and I will make sure you always are," as if something snapped within him, making him run towards the elevator which closes right before his eyes. Making him lift his head up to stare at the number which was going down faster one after the other. Turning his gaze down at his pinky, which had already faded away from where it was before making him fall on his knees. “You will never ever be able to meet the other end of this red string. Even if you do, I will make sure it disappears before you do.” "Tada! dada ta da~" singing under her breath with a smile on her face, getting on the empty elevator in front of her. "Hmm...Mm,~ Mmm~ Ham…hm" with a smile played over her lips humming into a soft tune one of her favourite songs. Fixing her cap on her head, looking towards the mirror in front. Pitch Black, with a shade of brown eyes, stares back at her. Smiling as the girl rolls her eyes, looking at the reflection. Pulling her lips up as she looks at the kid smiling at the reflection, but soon it fades away as soon as the kid looks away. 'I'm so tired right now. Where I just want to jump in bed and sleep, just sleep. But I can't right now. For today I have to deliver the last parcel of the day. Then I can rest, I guess, going to get off for today.' Nishi Yuko short black hair reached above her shoulder with light plain lips, the skin of her a bit plain. A band around her wrist with her name written over it. Finally, I will call it a day to deliver the last parcel of the day. Pouting her lips at her own reflection, trying to act as cute as she could for herself, finally winking at the end. 'Aren't I the cutest one damn? Why am I still even single? Maybe I could get a date when I get out of the Otome games' The elevator starts to move upstairs slowly only to stop as she hears a ding as she looks through the reflection watching women enter in. With her long black hair reaching up to her chest covering half of her dress, still wearing blue hospital grown reaching up to her knees. Right behind her walks in a man dressed in a black suit and pants, making Yoko turn her gaze back at the mirror. ‘Oh no,’ she thought, turning her gaze right away from it as she saw the white mask under the hat. With the bright red lips painted over, the lips of the mask blush over its cheeks. Feeling a sudden chills run through her, almost making the back of her hair stand up as she held her parcel closer to her chest. Turning her gaze away as she walked over the corner of the elevator, far away from the guy dressed in black looking forward. 'My floor' The elevator door opens, followed by a ding along with it. Yoko walks out alone as the others just stayed behind as they all looked down at the floor. Hearing the elevator ding right behind made her turn her head to look back through the small gap. Seeing the same man now alone dressed in all black with the hat covering half of his face holding a worn-out colourful umbrella right next to his chest. Finally, seeing it fully closed, slowly moving upwards from one floor to another. Watching it going downwards, shaking her head-turning her head back ahead of her. Where were you all busy walking or running, sitting or standing? Filled with many emotions here, where some are happy and some are sad, even the neutral ones, and expressionless ones too. 'I always hate to visit the hospital first the smell and knowing there are dead bodies present here too.' The old woman in her late 50s was wearing a white hospital gown with a plane and a hospital band around her wrist. They stood in front of the couples along with the kids sitting beside them crying, especially the cries of the man echoing through the hall. Shaking her head, looking away as she walked past them. 'Maybe someone precious in their family.'
