I squeeze my stomach as I try to sleep while leaning my lead on the chair. The first day of your period is always the most painful. It aches your back, legs, and stomach so much that you just wanted to stay in bed lay all day or just peacefully sleep on the comfort room.
I gasp in pain.
Today is the 12th of March, 2018. This is the first Monday of practice as well, but the teacher completes the list first before calling us.
