Chapter 7

*Alex "POV"*

When school finish I went to go visit Maria. She went to a different school; I meet her one time when she was taking a picture of me when I was at the park sitting at a table.

" Hi, Maria nice to see you again" I hug her. "Same how you been," she said with a smile. "Just doing work and asking the girl I use to like" when I said that Maria looks upset. "Wow, she really is a lucky girl," she said looking down.

"Yeah, but I don't like her like that; I'm happy she choose someone else, you could say we aren't destined" I saw her face lid up like there is hope. Ever since I meet Maria for the first time I couldn't stop thinking about her. It was the day when I had a date with Elena. Tomorrow I'm going to talk to her about Maria and let's see if she could help me and they both could meet up.

"Let's go eat dinner I'm starving," I said and she nods. We went to a diner that is 10 minutes away from us. "So I was thinking if you want to meet Elena and Jake tomorrow at dinner," I said and she looks at me in surprise. "Don't you think it will be like a double date because they are dating" she said. I thought about it. "True but let see if they say yes; then you will be my date. If not then we could make plans when you can meet them," I said and she nods.

When we finish our dinner I drop her off at home. She turns to me "Thank you, I had a great time see you tomorrow" she left and went to her doorstep with a smile on her face. I drove off with a smile on my face let see if Elena and Jake want to meet Maria, she so sweet and kind.

*Maria "POV"*

Today I had a good day with Alex; I can't wait to meet his friends. Maybe I should bring someone with me let see how Alex's expression will be. I'm really nervous.

I walk to the kitchen " Hi dad how was your day" he was looking at his newspaper "Good and Junior fell asleep" he said. "Well, that's good I'm going to sleep, tomorrow I'm taking Junior with me to meet some people," I said and went to my room. 1 more week and I'm going to the same school as Alex he just doesn't know.

*Next Day*

*Elena "POV"*

Today I and Jake are going to meet Alex, he said he had something important he needs to say.

"Ready to go meet up with Alex today," Jake said he kind of look sad 

"Yeah, but nothing is going to happen, I have you no matter what," I said looking at his emerald green eyes that you can be lost forever.

*10 Minutes*

We made it and found a seat where was Alex "Hi Alex what did you want to meet us here" Jake said kind of nervous. It's kind of cute when he is nervous. " I want you to come here because can we have a double date tomorrow I want to bring someone tomorrow" when he said that I look at Jake " So that means we have our date tomorrow with" Jake look at me "I guess we are" he looks at Alex "fine with us can't wait to meet this mysterious girl," he said. "Is this about the girl you meet when we had a date?" I said and he nodded. "I can't wait to meet her you better bring her tomorrow," I said

"Wait" me and Alex look at Jake. "Are you two okay, I mean you two just had a date" he looks confused. "Well I just want my best friend back and that's why I want to go on a date I just like her but just like a sister, I thought I like her more, but I don't," Alex said Jake look happy. "You thought Alex was going to take you away from me," I said to him

"I thought he will just jealousy happens to get over me," he said rubbing his forehead. "Well it was just a plan to just tell me you like me," I said and he looks at me in surprise. "So you meaning everything was fake including you two kissing when you were little," he said confused. "Well everything was just not the kissing part when we were little," Alex said and I just nodded.

We just stop talking and order some food. Right now is night and tomorrow we have a double date at dinner time with Alex and the girl he met.

*Alex "POV"*

I don't know why but Maria wants me to meet her, she wants to talk to me before tomorrow's double date.

Me- I'm outside at your house

Maria- I will better right now.

*Maria"POV"*

Well time to tell him. I went outside and saw him. He came up to me and said "What did you want to talk about" he said "You remember you said we having a double date can I bring someone with me since my dad will be working and he is coming late" I said really nervous. " I'm okay with that but who is this person," he said "Well you see he's really small he is about 2 years old" I'm really getting nervous.

"Is he your brother or something" he was confused. "He is not my brother why not meet him right now," I said. We went inside and Junior came with my dad.

Alex looks at him and his eyes widen and look at me "Is he....."
