My Loving Family

One month has passed since I dreamed about the moon goddess. I did not tell anyone except Yara and Aiofe about my dream. I started my warrior training a week after to try and get it off my mind.

At 5am my alarm went off. Training begins at 6am sharp. I get up to take a shower. When I finish my shower I brush my teeth and get dressed in my gym clothes and running shoes.

After I put my hair in a high pony I run down to the kitchen to meet Yara and Aiofe like every other morning. When I get to the kitchen Yara and Aiofe isn't there and I can't sense them in the house.

I try mindlinking them but not one of them is answering. I rush through the front door to look for them but they are nowhere to be found. The house guards are missing as well. I head straight to the pack house to check it they left early to handle some pack bussiness. When I arrive in Aiofe's office I find his beta sitting in his chair almost too comfortable.

"Morning Ezrin, do you know where the alpha and Luna are? I can't find them anywhere and our mindlink isn't working," I asked him starting to feel a bit of panic starting to build up inside me.

"They will unfortunately be unable to see you at this moment or any moment Alcina. You see, the sooner your so called father gives his rank to me, the sooner my men will stop torturing them and kill them. But my men tel me Aiofe is a very hard man to convince. I want Aiofe's kingdom, he is a weakling and knows nothing of running a pack. He does not know what power he possesses. I on the other hand will put that power to good use," he looked at me with a satisfied look on his face.

I cannot believe what I have just heard. This man has been serving under Aiofe for more than thirty years, and now all of a sudden he has the urge to steal Aiofe's rank and everything he has worked so hard for. My anger starts to rise and I can feel my blood boiling. My wolf and lycan are trying to gain control to rip this man apart.

"OH, what is wrong little wolf? Are you angry at me for stating the facts. For telling you the truth about how weak your so called father is and how unfit he is to rule this pack? What are you going to do about it you little mutt? You are weak! Just like Yara! But don't you worry my dear, she is almost taken care off. After she and the alpha is dead, you are next!" he shouted at me sadistically.

" You see Ezrin, there is something you do not know about me. Something only the alpha and Luna knows. If you knew what I know, you would have never betrayed your alpha and lune before killing me, because what I know now, gives me a damn good reason to end your pathetic life right here and right now," I said smiling, knowing that this man had no idea what was gonna happen to him next.

" Haha, you and what ar...aahh! What is happening to me?" Ezrin screamed at the top of his lungs begging for the pain to stop."Please make it stop! Oh goddess, make it stop! " he pleaded in pain.

"You want it to stop Ezrin? Tell me where my parents are being held before I boil you alive from the inside out! You have five seconds to tell me before you die. "

He starred up at me gawking, not telling me what I want to know. Trying to stretch out time. Stalling his own death.

" Spill it you bastard! Where are they? Tell me before I boil you alive! " he was starting to get on my nerves and I was getting more impatient by each minute that passed.

"You know what, I am going to die anyway. If you just stayed out of their business and went to your training like you were supposed to then none of this would have happened. But you had to come and find them. You ruined everything. All my plans!" he shouted too angry to acknowledge the pain I was inflicting apon his weak body.

In a split second I drove my hand into his chest, feeling the warmth of his blood and his dying heart in the palm of my hand.

I stood over him with his heart in my hand. I started performing a locator spell to find my family as quick as possible. I located them a few minutes after and quickly realized they where in the middle of rogue territory.

I rushed to my truck and drove off into the direction my spell sent me. After driving, for what felt like forever, I finally reach the rogues border.

I got out of my truck and shifted into my lycan knowing she was faster than my wolf.

I picked up my clothes and started running toward Yara and Aiofe's scent. I reached a clearing where a big old farm house stood and quickly shifted back into my human form and put my clothes on.

I slowly approached the house and opened the door entering it. I could immediately smell blood. I followed the scent and was lead to a door. I knew they were behind that door because I could hear them pleading for their lives.

The scene that unfolded before my eyes where horrific. Yara and Aiofe all battered and beaten. Aiofe suffered the worse of it but Yara were not far behind.

As I looked up a saw a man staring at me. I knew him. He were the brother of the beta I just killed not long ago. He was uneasy and fidgeting with his bloody hands.

"Well, well, well, you are very brave coming here alone Alcina. I presume my brother is dead. You would not be here if he weren't. Would you? Nevermind that, this is going to be easy. Now I can kill all of you together and then I can take the alphas position. I was planning on fighting my brother for it later on but you have done all the work for me my dear, "the man laughed not once showing any remorse or guilt.

He advanced forward launching himself towards me to attack. Before he could even reach me I snapped his neck with a flick of my wrist, shocking myself, never knowing what I was really capable of.

I untied Yara and Aiofe as quick as I could. They were in very bad shape, especially Aiofe. I tried healing him but his inguries were so bad beyond the point where I was not trained yet to be able to heal him. I got them to my truck in one piece and drove as fast a my truck would take us, straight to the pack hospital. Doctors and nurses were already waiting as I mindlinked them on the way there.

They quickly took them both into surgery and all I could do was wait, hope, and pray.
