NOTHING WAS CLEAR to Oscar. His new signal emitter has been tested a couple of times in the past few days, but how it works was still a mystery to him. Blue light and infrared detectors could not detect it. Even metal detectors could not point out exactly where in his body it was. He had asked the doctor a couple of times about it, but then her explanations had him asking even more questions. The device somehow managed to send his exact location with a very few feet of discrepancy. That was a good sign. Going through all the tests was tiring. There were days when he had to go to the Grand Canyon just to test its strength. They had also tested it in the deepest of caves and under layers of ground. One time, he had to swim to a lake just to see if the water would interfere with its signal.
