Julius POV
I am Aubrey dance with her father. I have to admit, I am quite excited for her shift. I notice that Vincent is watching her, he must really want her to be his mate. I hate to to disappoint him, but I already know I am her mate. She will know also when she shifts. I am ready to see her wolf. The dance ends and the D.J. announces that she is going to change for her shift. I watch her go into the house with her mother. I look over at Vincent, he is watching her too.
"Why does that guy keep eyeing our mate?" Anubis asks me.
"I guess he is really hoping that she will be his mate," I say to him.
He is still not happy about it, I can't say that I blame him. I am still looking at him when he turns and looks at me. I smirk at him, because I already know who she is going
