Vincent POV
I look over and see Julius, he is staring at Aubrey and I. He looks furious. I wonder why. Does he think Aubrey is his mate? If that is the case, I am afraid he is mistaken, she is my mate. I will fight to the death to keep her. We are still dancing to the slow song, I am holding her very close to me. I am enjoying the feeling of her in my arms. Her scent is driving me insane. I just want to stay this way forever. I know that is not possible at the moment. The song ends and the D.J. announces the father-daughter dance. I reluctantly hand her over to her father. The song they picked for their dance starts to play. They are dancing around the empty dance floor. I never take my eyes off of her. She is mesmerizing.
