Chapter 37: An Unsuccessful Attempt at a Stolen Kiss
Lilith Douglas, bewildered, walked towards Leo Orlando. He grabbed her wrist and pulled her into his arms, gently pressing a kiss to her lips.
"Is this enough for you?"
Her face flushed red, and she tried to avoid his gaze, attempting to push him away, only to be overpowered and pinned down by him.
"Leo Orlando, what are you doing?" she asked, her face turning even redder as she averted her eyes from him.
"Just doing what a husband and wife should do. I remember when I was still unconscious, you tried to steal a kiss from me. Why are you so shy now?"
Her face turned even redder. "I didn't steal a kiss from you; it was an attempted kiss."
"Either way, you had intentions."
