"Are you crazy?" he suddenly asked with annoyance in his voice.
He then withdrew his hug when he noticed that I'm still dumbfounded. He looked at me curiously like I'm a puzzle that he can't complete.
"If you want to die, don't do that in front of me," he said and started to walk away.
I blinked twice until I realized that he's not the Xipher that I know. I just followed him with my gaze and didn't even have the chance to say thank you.
