“Logan! I have a new task for you. It is another chance for you to prove yourself as you did in the peace deal,” My father said while handing me the file of another case. I started reading and my head snapped towards him.
“What??? You want to send me on the west side’s mission,” I asked in disbelief, and he nodded.
“But, I think your second in command was the head of that mission,” I asked because I don’t know if my father wants to give me another chance to prove myself or if he is going to crush my last win under his feet.
