"Mumma, Where is Shyam?" I asked Mumma who was watching her favorite show.

"He went out an hour ago. What's the matter Kanna?" Mumma asked as I never ask for him.

"No nothing Mumma. Just asking" I lied.

I didn't want Mumma to worry. First I want to confirm everything.

"Did you call Abel? "She asked still eyes glued to TV.

"Ya I called him. As I expected, he didn't do it" I replied remorsely.

"I am glad you talked and cleared everything with him...." Mumma said.

Suddenly we heard a creak from porch. It was Shyam's car...

"Mumma, I have to buy some things. Shall I go with Shyam?" I asked restlessly.

"That's why you asked... Go.. "

Mumma smiled without knowing my intention.

I rushed to the car porch.

Seeing me Shyam shot a fumbling look...

First sign of being guilty...

"Are you okay Siya?" He asked covering up his expression...

"Yeah... I wanted to buy somethings.. will you take me outside..?" I set the trap..

"Ofcourse... come get in" He smiled... I can see his relieved face now...

Once we reached near a cafeteria I told him to stop.

"Lets have a coffee...it's been a long day " I told him..

"Come let's get you a cup of coffee" He motioned me to follow him.

"Two cappuccino" He ordered...

"How did you know about the incident in my class?" I asked him abruptly.

"Huh?" Oh I knew it he was shocked hearing this.

"You came to class just when I saw the poster. How you knew it so fast? What are you hiding? Dont try to deny it... just tell me the truth. " I asked directly.

"umm...Siya... I don't.... its Neena...." He tried hard to form words

"Neena...?... But why? Why on earth she did this?"....Unbelievable...

"I told her to trap Abel... but I didnt know this would happen" He said shamelessly

"That b***h, You are under her spell..

But how did she know about my past? Just yesteeday I told Abel about everything. How come she did it today itself.?"

All of this is so confusing..

He was not answering instead he lowered his gaze.

"You told her everything... right?

Are you even my brother?

I can't believe all this. I thought you were better than this. " I started shouting.

"Siya don't shout " He told

"I will. When you planned to humiliate me in front of everybody did you think about my situation? " I was getting more angry.

"Just stop it Siya.... I told you it was not me. Don't raise your voice on me. I don't know why mom and dad chose to adopt you..."He gritted his teeth.

"What? What did you just say? " I was shocked...

"Just forget it.." He left me there alone..

I sat there emotionless.....

When I thought nothing can hurt me anymore.....
