Rosalind looked at the suitcases piled up in the living room and the maids standing in two rows, having no idea where to stand.
She thought Elvis was joking when he mentioned moving in, but he did it and moved in fast.
"Elvis, my house is too humble to have someone like you here. Could you please give me a break and leave?" She pinched her straight nose with annoyance, "What happened five years ago was just an accident, and you didn't even know Elroy existed. Can't you just pretend this never happened?"
If she had known that she had to deal with such things when she came back here, she would rather spend the rest of her life in Yarim with Elroy instead!
