As her figure disappeared from the office door, Yannick felt an indescribable frustration in his heart. It seemed as if some emotion was stuck in his chest, unable to be released.
"Mr. Johnson..." Mr. Hale walked in and cautiously asked, "Should we fire Mia?"
He had heard Yannick's anger outside and his order for Mia to leave. Given the magnitude of the incident, it seemed Mia wouldn't be able to stay at Johnson Group.
Before he could finish his question, Yannick's cold gaze turned to him. "Since when did Mr. Hale start making decisions on his own?"
Startled, Mr. Hale quickly bowed, "I'll follow your instructions, Mr. Johnson. Whatever you say, I'll do."
Yannick sneered, "Investigate. I want this matter cleared up!"
"Yes, yes, yes." Mr. Hale felt cold sweat forming on his brow.
