They almost drowned.  However, the crew of the Hornet’s Nest did survive… and lived on without having to be fugitives. They lived to find a very sizable amount of credits on a black-market account Daigo had forgotten about creating. Until he was desperate for scrap funds. How Wichmond managed to make that transfer without leaving a trace, Daigo would never find out, but it motivated Sára to stick around and research. So Kyle stuck around, too. The money was all spent on their new and improved ship. Spinz was able to build his own engine, from scratch, with the highest quality materials that money could buy. So he stuck around, too. Daigo and Kiyin named the ship Hornets’ Nest. It had the best gravity disruptors in the galaxy.
