Chapter 55
Nothing More Than Just That Joe followed Sam as Sirius told him to do. He followed the girl down to her work from Kim’s restaurant until lunch and then to Xyra’s house after. He found out she works part-time at that restaurant and only works at least 5-6 hours per day. She’s been friends with Xyra since they were kids when they grew up in the same neighborhood together before they moved out. Joe found she only hangs out with Xyra and the same goes with Xyra. “They’re just some normal teenage girls. I don’t see any—“ he monologues when his phone rang. “Yes,” he asked. ‘Meet me at Mr. Lauve’s,’ Sirius told Joe on the phone. “You found something?” he asked. -0-0-0- “That car has been following me since this morning,” Sam pointed out the car parked few meters away from Xyra’s house.
