He looks at the watch on his arm and smiles at her. He admired Pixi in the light of the sunset not even knowing what was about to happen. All he knew was there was something about her and he wanted to know more. He looked at her and smiled. "It's late, instead of taking you home why don't you stay with me tonight, if you don't want too, I can understand." "I'll stay the night, why not? i'm sure you have a couch" she smiled and pulled out her phone sending a message to her kids. Hey Kids, Won't be home until tomorrow, don't wait up. By the way, he's very sweet for a celebrity. I had a great afternoon sitting with his family and laughing, they're really nice people! I haven't laughed like this since I don't know when. Love you all, Momma She smiled and put her phone back in her pocket and gave him a smile, she blushes slightly and looks down at her feet so he couldn't see, but she was also very interested in what ever was happening. It always seemed like when she had a plan for her life, that fate would step in and change everything. Was this one of those things too? She wondered to herself.  Scot smiled and walked closer to her, moving the bangs in her face off to the side, he could see her blushing, and lifted her chin so he was looking into her eyes. Wondering what secrets she hides, and why, even though she seems so close, she holds every miles away.. What happened to this person to make her who she is, and why? He wraps her arms around his neck, and sweeps her off her feet carrying her off into the forest, he smiles when he feels her head resting against his chest.  He carries her bridal style, through the long grasses and the fields of wild flowers, up a hill until they finally get to a small cottage like house, infront was a cute little garden, a small glass shed to the left, and a beautiful waterfall to the right. In the front there were woven swing chairs. Pixi looked on in awe.  "This is breathtaking Scot." She smiled and climbed down from his arms slowly taking in the beauty around her. Her face light up like a kid at Christmas and her smile was genuine and could light up a room. She was so happy she decided to stay.  The fireflies light up the night sky and the sounds of the crickets chirping, and frogs singing. The cool fall breeze gently knocks the leaves from the trees but brings a sense of magic into the air. She was a hybrid who had experienced nothing but pain, longing, and loneliness when it came to finding her mate, and he was a human who never made time for love, just to keep himself protected. Given it was around Halloween, magic could be felt flowing through everything around them. The Goddess was smiling down at her children watching the scene and story she had written long before they had even been born into the world, unfolding and she nodded while thinking "This, is it."  Taking her hand in his, he leads Pixi into the small wooden house, inside there was a small living room, around the corner was a dining room built for two. There weren't any photos on the wall but it was still inviting. He smiled at her and took her coat. "I want you to know I don't do this, I don't bring women home to my family, but you're different." His eyes sparkled as he spoke to her and his smile told her he was telling the truth.  "This is so cozy and nice, I can tell you didn't decorate this house it has a woman's touch." She smiled softly as she explored the small home. Looking for a trace of who the woman who decorated it was.  "Cara furnished it for me, I haven't had the need to have one steady home as I am always working so I just moved into my office more or less. I had no furniture or anything. I'm lucky to have friends who don't mind doing things like this for each other. I know it seems unconventional but we're a family here. It's why I stay, I've never had the need for family before, except my daughters but I adopted them and they've been with me for years."  Pixi paused "I have 14 kids that I've adopted over time. Most of them are daughters, some of them are trans, and chose to go by she, and I have one son. He's very protective, and they all work at the office with me. I love them they don't go far. How many do you have?" She didn't evennotice he was leading her up the stairs to the only bedroom in the house, it was a small loft, with a king size bed, old fashioned bath tub and area to change. She was so wrapped up in the conversation she couldn't see what was happening in front of her. Unless, she really didn't care.  They get to the top of the stairs to the beautiful room, he tossed her his t-shirt and she blushed. He smiled innocently at her and went to speak "Don't worry Pixi, I'm not after that, if I was like the rest I don't think you'd be here right now."  Pixi smiled and changed climbing under the covers with him. She couldn't help but cuddle in close to the man she just met. They both felt this comfort and like they'd already met, this made it easy for them both to drift off to sleep in each others arms.
