Lunch

901 Words
Once Pixi stopped her panicking and Arti stopped giggling at her mother the two decided they'd go for a hunt. It always calmed their nerves. "So, where are we going to eat today? We could try the swingers club? The Brothel, you know the Brothel is always an easy catch."  "Well, Arti I wanted to try somewhere new. There's this speed dating place, Love Actually I believe it's called. It has dating folders all over for singles to find their match, I figure it'll be fun for us to tag team lunch."   The deadly duo walked out the door with hunger in their eyes and a mischevious smirk on their faces. Arti climbs into the drivers seat of their trusted mustang, it was Black with Yellow striping, black leather interrior and a sound system that would make a humans ears burst. This is why humans didn't get into that vehicle. The Song that was playing was Bodies, the two women sang at the top of their lungs as the car sped off, it's a good thing GPS was a thing because neither of them had a great sense of direction. In no time at all they pull up into a parking spot in front of a big brick plaza, with beautiful gardens in front of each building. The grounds were well organized with each building having a different purpose, but all connected to the speed dating business. One held the information on the "seeking for" side of things, a second building was used for social gatherings, and the third, well it didn't look like much.  Pixi and Arti stopped outside the door of the social gathering building and smirked. Both put on their sunglasses before walking inside, they didn't want to be completly obvious. The moment they opened the door and took two steps in, the room went quiet. All eyes were on them. To break the silence Pixi cleared her throat and smirked "Hi everyone, I'm Pixi and this is Arti we're new here." the crowd in the room seemed contented with this greeting and all went back to normal, the regular buzzing of "Hi My Name is" or "I do such and such for a living" but the worst kinds of people were what they were out to hunt. Call it their public service, if you will.  Slowly walking through the room and grabbing a coffee from the small coffee counter inside the women carefully observe what's around them. Arti nudged her mom and used their connection Over there in the corner, this creeps been watching that blond woman for a bit and watching his watch closely. He gives off a bad vibe, and he's just creepy. I think lunch is served. Pixi nodded, agreeing with her daughter. These two had this down to an art form. Pixi lead the way over to the man in the corner, he was short, for a man only standing at five foot six, his eyes were brown, his build was average there was nothing super special about him. The confidence that Pixi would radiate when she approached a man always grabbed their attention and held it while her daughter could easily run her fangs along their necks and feed until she was done, they would then trade places, never killing their food, and leaving them forgetting why they were even there in the first place.  Pixi smiled curiously "Hello there Sir, I'm Pixi it's a pleasure to meet you. You're not a bad looking man, what are you doing in a place like this? Surely you have a girlfriend?"  That was it. Hook, Line and Sinker. He looked into her eyes with a dazed look answering her every question, with full honesty. It turned out he didn't have a girlfriend but a wife. Pixi giggled to herself, her daughter never seased to amaze her in her perceptions. She kept the conversation going and like usual the man never even noticed the feeling of Arti's fangs puncturing his neck as she greedily sucked the life force out of him. What was even more amazing is no one else seemed disturbed by it either. Not one person is questioning us right now, what kind of place is this anyway?!  When Arti was finnished, she smiled and ran her finger around his neck, tracing his collar bone and catching his line of sight, this gave Pixi the change to feed from the other side of his neck.  "Hello Sir, I first want to thank you for just being here, I'm very sorry to hear you're unhappy in your marriage. Prehapse we could do lunch again sometime?" Arti was very sassy and enjoyed playing with her food far to much. Of course no one else would understand the intention except her and Pixi but they both enjoyed it. Hunting the unfaithful and distasteful humans of the world was a sport to them.   But this wasn't the funniest part about it. The response Arti got was the very best thing they've ever heard "I'd love to be you're lunch". Pixi finnished feeding and looked at her daughter with a stoned face. She smirked and came in front of the very silly human and grinned with a small blood drop on her lip "Okay Lunch we'll see you soon."  Pixi and her daughter left the caffee laughing and shaking their heads. The got back in the car and left for work. This has been one of the best mornings they've ever had.
