The new days sun shone into the windows of the loft, the sound of laughter could be heard through the windows that were opened. Pixi stretched out and slowly opened her eyes. Breathing in the scent of the room and smiling. She went to roll over and noticed the other side of the bed was made neatly. Sighing she got up and dressed in the clothes she wore yesterday.  The house was empty and to her dismay Scot didn't seem to be home. She messaged her kids to let her know she was safe and as he was gone, she'd be on her way home.  Good Morning My Babies,  Don't get too excited it seems Scot left early this morning and i woke up by myself. I should be home soon. I love you all and hope you've been behaving well. Love, Mom She had just hit send and turned the nob on the wooden door when she heard laughing coming from outside. That familiar voice from yesterday could be heard chatting to other voices. Pixi smiled at her feet and opened the door.  "Good Morning Pixi, sleep well?" Scot asked smiling at the beautiful woman emerging from his house.  "I did, but when I woke you weren't there so I figured I would just head home."  "Don't be silly, I have plans for us today, would you like to go and hear a singer with me?"  Her eyes widened at the question and she smiled. Not noticing all eyes are now on her.  "I'd Love to, I love music." She replied happily and walked down to where they were all sitting. Without thinking she sat in his lap like she did the day before and he beamed with pride.  The head of his family smiled at her raising an eyebrow "So, you stayed the night did you? He's never brought anyone home, you must be special."  Pixi blushed and looked down hiding her face in his chest and replied. "I did, but nothing happened, we just cuddled."  Scots laughed and lifted her chin "Are your ready to go?"  "I sure am but where exactly are we going?" Pixi looked at him curiously. She found herself excited to be going out to hear some music with Scots. The reality was her ice cold heart was melting, slowly but everything takes time doesn't it?  She had him stop at her castle while she ran in To find or guess at an outfit. Clothes started flying everywhere until she found the perfect gown. The gown was beautiful, in true vampire fashion it reached down to the floor, the skirt flowing when she walked. The Bodice was decorate with gold lace and beading outlining her breasts  perfectly. It looked as if it was made just for her. She went to the mirror and applied her make up and put up her hair into a fancy bun accident with pearls. She was finally ready to leave. She left a note for her children on the table.  Gone out with Scot to I don't know where, but do not worry as I am safe. Love, Mom She closed the door behind her and Scots was there on his phone not even seeing her as she climbed into  the car. She smirked as she listened to the business talk going on and knowing she was un noticed it gave her a chance to get a really good look at him. God he's handsome. This was when she noticed he had one blue eye and one green eye. His perfect black hair swept to the left so naturally. His Aura demanded respect but was also gentile. He was the picture of perfection. The truth remained though that deep in her heart, she knew she couldn't fall in love with him, he was too perfect and she was far to broken.  Scot hung up the phone and looked back at the woman who just seemed to fit into his life. Wondering what she was thinking but never asking out loud. He knew she would be his, but wondered what her story was, she had been with him over night but still felt so distant, he'd have to earn her trust then her heart to make Pixi his. He smiled and put the car in reverse as her gaze broke away from him.  "You look lovely Pixi."  "Thank you" she said blushing while looking out the window.  It seemed like hours had passed when they pulled up to a beautiful white building. The pillars were decorated with roses that had grown up around them like ivy. There was a beautiful fountain out front surrounded by a garden. the path was made of stepping stones and the feeling of the atmosphere was relaxing and breathtaking. Scot got out of the car and came around to open her door offering his hand to assist in her stepping out.  This was the first time he really saw her beauty and her pain all at once, Through her eyes he saw himself and her deep hurt but her smile showed she held on to some kind of hope, as if it was her life line. He was busy looking at her while she was busy looking at everything else, taking in the sights and sounds.
