Kit's POV We had just left the airport and Leif had actually gave me some space by sitting on the opposite side away from me. His mood swings puzzled me. I could tell he was still livid about what Selena and I done and I was still horrified at what he did to her but I'd also come to terms with the truth behind this family. Thinking back over the last two weeks, it all made sense to me now. Leif was not only the head of the family but also an Alpha male which explained his need for dominance and control.
