Chapter: 19 Cary is a suburb of Raleigh. It was jokingly called the Containment Area for Relocated Yankees; it was a nice place, and the housing prices were way less than the New England states. Given that and the great weather, the area was experiencing a boom in the number of northern imports. Hemlock Bluffs was a small park off the center of the city.
