Aria's POV "Maya." My voice came out steadier than I felt. "Who's the father?" The question shattered whatever composure Maya had been clinging to. Her face crumpled like paper, and suddenly she was sobbing; not the pretty, delicate crying you saw in movies, but the ugly, gasping kind that came from somewhere deep and broken. Her shoulders shook violently, and she pressed her hands over her face like she could somehow hold herself together through sheer force of will.
