After figuring out the whole issue, I realized that there was no reason for me to have any doubts. I did not understand what Diane was going through. As I was not her, I could not completely relate to her. So, instead of putting myself in her shoes, I decided to agree with her no matter what she said. I had no dark secrets except from the fact that my father was a convict and my mother did not care about me. Maybe she did, but she was someone who placed money over her own children.
