Thirty Monday, December 20 Parrot Tree Marina Eva maneuvered the Denise 2 through the bay at Parrot Tree and to the far side of the marina. As she did so, Cleo seemed frantic, passing around the submarine in circles. Eva shook her head. What was she doing? Avoiding the Tesoro at the end of a long line of boats, Eva entered the adjacent lagoon, where she planned to leave the submarine. She pulled up to the embarcadero, a round manmade structure that extended into the bay and formed the southeast side of the lagoon. She had long wondered if it had been some kind of fort or lookout point at one time. It would serve as a hideout now.
