Emily was unfortunate enough to wake up with the most terrible headache to have ever afflicted a human being since the dawn of time. It felt like several angry men had found their way into her skull and were beating against it from the inside with their axes and hammers. The result was that she became a very irritable person that morning at the breakfast table.
"Don't tell me it's another headache," her mother lamented as she took her seat.
"Fine," she replied in a clipped tone. "I won't say it."
"Maybe you should see a physician over what can be done about these incessant headaches," Lady Georgina said. "I shall send a message to Dr. Noble about this and see what he has to say."
