Chapter 50: Memory
The park looked so peaceful...quiet, but peaceful regardless. The sunset could be seen on the horizon, and the overall atmosphere was rather serene, even if the lack of noise did provide an unsettling undertone. Nevertheless, a family of four could be seen walking down a park trail, though the two children were ahead of the parents, who chose to maintain their slow walking pace. The mother looked to be close to her mid-thirties, while the father was likely to be close to his forties. Either way, both of them possessed calm smiles on their faces, even if they looked rather fatigued. As to why they looked tired in the first place, this was something that was not explained upon - thus, the two children were rather oblivious by what they were going through, though they were at least concerne
