Chapter 31: An Orchestrated Strike
With Max now on Blake's side, the vigilante was feeling a lot more confident than ever - at the same time, however, she still felt a dash of impatience continually annoy her. She really was hellbent on hunting down Matthew and giving him a taste of his own medicine, but at the same time, she was not in the best position to do so. And thus, she was forced to revert back to previous tactics, which was to slowly whittle down the opposition that was before her in order to force him out. From there, she can exact the revenge that she was desperate to obtain. Thankfully, with Matthew now actively going on a witchhunt while having to stand guard over the three buildings that were now in imminent danger, it also meant that security throughout the neighborhood is effectively uniform - she did not
