Dom's POV
Fuck! I hate these meetings I think to myself dazing off into space. "Mr.Blackwell, what do you think about the third quarter profits?" I hear one of my executives say snapping me out of my daze." Good, I'll take a closer look later" I say in my stern businessman voice "That will be all for today, meeting adjourned" I continued. While everyone was leaving a woman approached me and asked if I was going to the office party tonight since I'm in town. Vikki I think her name was, I thought for a second and then she says "it was planned just for your arrival" . I have nothing else going on "Sure, I'll go, see you later."
I'm glad the rest of the day went pretty fast, I needed a drink. I have no idea who is gunna be at this party, apparently my assistant Kevin planned it last minute. I pull up to the party and can hear loud music blaring all the way outside. I walk in and go straight to the bar where Kevin was standing.
mate.....
What the hell?
"Mr.Blackwell , what are you having to drink?" Kevin asked. "whiskey on the rocks" I replied. "How do you like the party? Everything came together pretty well dont you think?"he asked. I tell him " yes it did".
mate........
"So nice to see you back at work" Kevin said distracting me from my inner wolf. " Your drink sir" the bartender says as he places my drink in front of me. I grab the whiskey and take a big drink.
MATE!!......
Ok I definitely heard that. My inner wolf is going crazy screaming at me.
mate,mate,mate,MATE. He is yelling at me trying to break free to run to her and then it hits me that addicting scent fills my nostrils, mmmm I need to find her! I completely ignore Kevin and start going threw the crowd with determination to find her.
I'm searching threw the crowd following this mouth watering scent and a thought crossed my mind. There aren't any packs that come to this part of the outside world, this our territory and everyone in the Netherworld knows that. Maybe there is a pack visiting my father didnt tell me about and thankfully they are here. The scent is getting stronger, I'm close, so close. I have to find her!!!
