Hinatid ako ni mommy and daddy sa school at malayo palang ako kita ko na agad yung mga kaibigan ko na nagkwekwentuhan.This was their routine.Actually our routine.When I reached where they are I heard that their topic was about the incoming prom.

Sa aming lahat si Lea at Jerold lang ata yung pinayagan.Brent told everyone that aattend lang daw siya if aattend ako.Reese intrude and naughty speak "Dad said that I can only attend if I have a partner", I laughed and I also agreed with him.

Claret cut the conversation "Kayo nalang kasi magpartner para sasama kayo pareho at the same time mabubuo yung squad natin kasi papayagan lang kami pagsumama ka Candy!"

Sa amin talaga nakasalalay mga bhieee.Okay lang naman sa akin since we are best friends.Its more comfortable when your bestfriend was your partner.

Jerold nudge Reese and said "Ano bro, okay lang ba?Maunahan ka jan bahala ka?"

Reese just smirked "Okay lang ba,bestie?"tanong niya sa akin.

Halla, of course it was okay to me because he's my best friend remember?

Sumabad naman si Brent "Bestie, paalam mo muna kay tito tas tita para payagan"

Sumingit naman ako "Halla okay lang, parang tanga"

Reese just nodded.

Mrs.Roses come in and greeted us good morning.Of coirse sasabihin lang ulit dito yung plans this february.

Mrs.Roses asked "Lahat ba kayo sasama sa prom?"

Criselle stand up and says "si Candy po di aattend!"

Ang pabibo naman neto.I just want to opposed on her but she's right I not sure if I can attend or not.I just not speak and remain silent.

I was shocked when Brent raised her voice "Gurl, sa squad namin ako yung di sure kung aattend because I don't have any partner yet!"

Our classmate reacts on Brent na kesyo sanaol may partner!

Mrs. Roses diverted the topic and asked me "Candy, di ka ba talaga aattend?"

Sumingit si Chris at sumigaw, "Maam si Brent daw po yung di aattend tapos si Candy parin inintindi ouch pain!"

Mrs. Roses just smiled and sighed "Chris, asa kang di aattend si Brent nakita ko nga kanina kausap siya ni Ha,tsaka di kumpleto ang sapphires kung di aattend president niyo"

I scourged Brent while I was laughing.Imagine pati si maam kilala si Ha.Paano, pano niya nalaman.

"Maam saksakin mo nalng ako!",pabiro niyang sabi.

Almost everyone in our room was talking about Brent like duh.

After Mrs.Roses leave our room she talked to me and told me na kailangan ko daw umattend.

Reese approached me na he want to talked.I nodded.He open up the topic "Candy,hatid nalang kita mamaya tapos ipaalam kita kila tita na gusto kitang makapartner".

I patted him and said "Halla, sineryoso mo talaga yung sinabi ni Brent." He's so serious naman,it just a joke and I hope he know it pero seryoso talaga siya.

On our way home Brent texted me na if ever na mom and dad agreed that i will attended th party i have to text her to ask her mom na doon nalang kami matulog sa house nila.

When me and Reese are there wala pa si mommy and daddy ate Flora and ate Ester were the people there.

Ate Flora greeted me and turn her gaze into Reese."Halla ate, baka matakot siya",saad ko.

I told Reese na umupo muna and I will get a lemonade and a cholcolate cake.

I saw him na nililibot ng kaniyang mata ang bawat sulok ng bahay namin.

Our house was like Paris France in the sala kasi because of the background and also the ceiling.Our house was a theme of black white and gray, yung room ko nga lang yata yung naiiba.

Whe I go back to sala Reese pouted "Ang modern ng house niyo.It was so beautiful feeling ko gusto ko ng tumambay dito"

I sighed "Pwede naman bruh,welcome ka dito!"

Ate Ester served the chocolate cake kasi di ko mahawakan.She said "Maam anjan na po mommy't daddy mo"

I saw how nervous Reese was.Pwede naman kasi na wag na pero go push pa rin.I saw his hand trembing while taking a sip into his lemonade.When mom entered the room 8 saw her eyes-widen because of what she saw.She rapidly called dad.I stand up and greeted them.My dad frowned because he saw Reese.I chuckled "Mommy ,Daddy, he's Reese,Reese, mom and dad ko pala"

He extend his hand to mom and dad and inabot naman ito ni daddy.Dad tell Reese to take a sit.

Dad asked a question "Why are you here?"

Halli daddy wag mo takutin.Best friend ko yan e.Nakakahiya naman baka di na siya bumalik dito.Gusto niya pa naman tumambay dito.

I looked at Reese he's so nervous.He cleared his troath and politely speak "Ahm, Mr. and Mrs.Sandoval actu--ally po I'm here to acquiant that I----want your daughter to be my partner this coming February 14, in our prom po?"

I turn my gaze into mommy and daddy that looked shocked about what Reese said.There's so many air gaps between us so I stand up and said "Kuha lang po ako ng lemonade"

When I went to dinning area dad start to interrogate Reese.I hurry up to go there again as fast as I can to stop the interrogation but when I go back I saw them laughing.

"Tito, so paano po sunduin ko nalang po ba si Candy dito sa 14?",Reesed asked.

Magkasundo na agad sila?Infairness madali lang naman siya kasing makaclose.Dad sighed "No, hijo pumunta ka nalang dito and ako nalang maghahatid sa inyo.Unicahija ko yata yung pinag-uusapan dito."

Reese smile and nodded.

After a while mom told Reese na dito na magdinner but he refuses because its already night.

After Reese go out mom and dad asked me kung boyfriend ko daw ba si Reese and I just laughed and said that he's my boy best friend.At yon yung totoo.
