ARJUN KHURANA
Enticing. Enticing is the word that came into my mind when I saw her the first time. I think it was some grocery shop where I saw her but at that time I had no idea that she was my supposed fiancé. I was adamant on not having an arranged marriage. But when grandfather gave me her photo, I realised she was the same girl I saw at the grocery shop. So I agreed because I was curious and wanted to know her and asked my assistant, Anand, to get a report on her. But when he got nothing then I got more curious about her. Then I got a call from Anand saying that she was in prison and that too because of my mother.
Sakshi might not know this but the woman she had an accident with was my mother. Knowing my mother, she must be exaggerating when she said the girl wanted to kill her. So I went and bailed her out. I wanted to meet her then but I got a call from my office addressing some urgent issue. So I had to go.
After I went to meet Yash who was a good friend of mine and he was the one who was trying to be cupid for me. I told him I don't want to date but still, he always set me up for dates. That's the side effect of having a best friend who is the CEO of a matrimonial company.
I thought he was calling today to set up another date, but I was so wrong. When I went to his cabin I saw her there. She looked spectacular. She had a fire in her eyes which promised to burn anything that comes in her way and for the first time I wanted to burn, by her.
When she knew that I'm her supposed fiancé she surprised me by throwing a vase at me. The most surprising thing was I wasn't even angry, I was just amused. And when I asked Yash and Sam to leave us alone, Sakshi's face was incredible.
She looked like a cute, little scared kitten. I just wanted to pinch her cheeks and smother her with kisses. But I refrained myself from doing that as I knew it would make her angrier.
So I just told her that we will marry and that too in two weeks, but she didn't know that our grandfathers wanted us to marry in three months. So she just denied. As I was busy making her agree to marry me she randomly said that she was hungry so I reluctantly let her go and also I had some meetiasked, narrowing my eyes at her.
"Nah. Nothing. By the way here's Myra, my friend and the asshole was her boyfriend." She said gesturing me towards the woman.
"Oh. Hello, I'm Arjun Khurana, her fiancé. She might have told you about me." I said to her, smirking at Sakshi who rolled her eyes at me.
"Hey. I'm Myra Rathore, Sakshi's friend and no she didn't tell me about you." She said wiggling her eyebrows at me.
"And well thanks Arjun, Sakshi. I think I'll just go and get some rest. You two enjoy." She said as she picked up her bags.
"But-" Sakshi tried to protest but Myra cut her off.
"No butts, go enjoy and don't you dare to leave after I go." She threatened her and went outside. I saw Sakshi sigh in frustration and I smirked.
"So, Ms Varma should we?" I smirked, guesting towards the table we were sitting earlier. She frowned and glared at me and then suddenly smirked.
Uh-huh. Now, what the she-devil is planning?
