Next to Paris, Venice had to be the second most beautiful city she had the good fortune to visit. Of course, she enjoyed Rome, Naples and Milan as well; but there was something about Venice that bespoke of romance, sinful, delicious romance. Perhaps it had to do with the gondolas.
