Two years later.
Staring outside the window of the moving airplane. All that I could see were just white clouds.
Life has been kinda hard on me and I hope it just is a little bit friendly towards me.
Right now……. I'm going to meet my online crush known as Philip.
We have been chatting with each other for a while now and I can't say that he's like Felix.
For me……. Philip is different. He cares for me and treats me as if I'm such a precious diamond.
Not that we have seen each other, but he always cares for my feelings……. Whenever we chat with each other.
He has confessed his love for me and I also did some background checking on him, and I got to know that Philip is a well-known businessman.
Thinking of how I would start my own business with Philip made me blush.
I'm currently heading to Australia, and I can't wait.
I usually used to think that dating online is a wreck, but after meeting Philip……. I was Damm certain that this would walk out.
Closing my eyes, I allow my head to be on the window while smiling.
After imagining my future with Philip……. I closed my eyes and drifted into sleep.
The plane landed shortly, and I walked my way out of the plane while holding my suitcase properly.
Smiling…… I made my way towards where the cab was parked and entered inside the cab.
Philip has already given me his address and even though I trust him……. I still didn't make that same mistake when visiting his house, so we both planned on visiting each other at a restaurant.
The taxi driver stopped me at a restaurant which isn't far away from the airport.
Opening the restaurant door……. The first person that I set my eyes on was none other than Philip.
He wore a red suit, black pants, and white innerwear.
"Philip!". I exclaimed while running towards Philip.
He got up from his seat and quickly ran towards me while hugging me.
When I saw him sitting down alone at the table meant for two……. I felt nervous while staring at him and when he turned around to stare at me……..I felt my heart skipping a beat.
"O my God!. You look so beautiful in person". Philip said, causing a smile to creep my face, as I blush while staring at him.
"You don't look so bad yourself!". I compliment Philip, causing him to chuckle.
"Let's have our seats!". Philip said as he led me to the place that he said down before.
I took my seat and crossed my leg while smiling seductively at him.
I'm not the regular type of sexy hot girl, because I'm fat……. Well, not that fat.
I would just like to say that I'm neither thin nor fat…….. I'm just in-between.
"I love your hair!". Philip suddenly muttered out, which made me blush.
I have long black hair, which is due to a mixture of white color.
"Why is the restaurant empty?". I asked because I'm a little bit curious.
"Hahahaha!. I might not be rich Evelyn but I like keeping my privacy". Philip said before winking at me.
I chuckled and stared at the menu which was already on the table.
All the phones were all in Spanish, and I'm not a fan of Spanish writing so I couldn't understand.
"Hmm…… what do you think is more preferable for us to have……. I can't read Spanish so I don't understand what they are writing". I said to Philip, causing him to chuckle.
There's something about the way he smiles, and I just can't explain.
"We don't need to order something right away…… at least let's get to know each other". Philip said and I agree with him.
"So like I told you…….. I'm Everleigh Nathan, and I currently live with my aunt and her husband………".
I was unable to complete my statement when the door of the restaurant was suddenly heard being shut.
The person that had just walked inside the restaurant shut the door of the restaurant so loud that it drew the attention of both me and Philip.
"Do you know that guy?". I asked Philip with a low voice because the guy was approaching our seat.
"Ohh!. He's my colleague!". Philip replied while smiling.
I nodded my head and tried to focus my gaze on the menu only to become shocked that other people started walking inside the restaurant.
I continue gazing at the menu only to find out that those that walk inside the restaurant suddenly gathered around my table.
I raise my head and gaze at that guy who Philip claimed to be his friend.
Philip didn't show much concern about those that surrounded us, so I also didn't show much concern to them.
"Do they want something?" I asked Philip with a low voice.
"Nah!. I guess that they are just here for business!". Philip said, before shifting his gaze to them.
"What do you all want?". He asked them while raising his brow.
"Business!". They are all chorus sounding more like a robot.
I didn't say anything and continued glancing at my menu until one of the guys present suddenly hit the table.
Raising up my head. I glance at the guy with anger inside of me.
I angrily got up from my chair, ready to strike at the guy but then he suddenly showed me…….. his gun.
"What the f**k are you guys trying to do. And Hey! Don't ever think that I can be able to be scared of you because you are holding a gun Okay…… so better get your ass out of my front". I threatened while pointing my index finger at him.
All the other guys present also brought their guy and pointed it at me…… including Philip, which made me shut my mouth.
"What the heck is going on?". I asked, as fear suddenly crept inside my body.
"We have a deal to make with you weirdo!". Philip said while smirking devilishly.
I don't know what's currently going on, but I know that what's going on isn't good at all, and that scares me.
