Life Happens

The Beginning

Abigail grew up admiring her neighbors' marriage. They have been married for 25 years. She loved the life the built and always wanted that for herself. On the other hand, her family was a mess. Her father was living in another town with his girlfriend while her mother was struggling to bring up Abigail and her two younger sisters. Her mother worked from sun up to sun down, she was left to take care of her sisters after school and help with the household chores.

The one thing Abby, as her mom would call her, has going for her is that she is almost finish with high school and she will finally be able to get a job to help her mom out. Abby was always the quite girl who always sat at the back of the class so it was surprising to her when the school's sports star started to pay attention to her. It started with cute little gestures like saving a seat for her or telling her she looks pretty. Abby was wondering what is this new emotions brewing inside her. Whenever she would spot him her inside would feel like jelly, her cheeks would turn to a rose pink colour and she found breathing difficult. Then one day, during Geography class they were paired to work together. After class he approached her. He said in the most seductive voice " Hey, you're Abigail right? We are working on our project together for this class. I am Anton"

All Abby could have said was " Hi"....
