It has been four months since all the changes have been implemented. With the assistance of my new council and advisor, we have interviewed all palace staff, fired about 10% of them between workers and warriors, re-organized the staff and restructured the warrior schedules. I was able to get the omegas from Xander’s pack to stay here and become my Lead Omega team, to Xander’s chagrin. So, I’m not getting poisoned anymore. Thank the Goddess for that.
