Kate was done talking to her brother and she knew that Reiley was going to ask her questions and to answer them will just make her come clean about who she is related to.
She look outside the window and acts like the awkward silence that was in the car was not awkward at all.
“Are you really going to make me ask who that was or you going to tell me?”
She gulped and took a deep breath
“It was my brother…”
“Your brother I didn’t know that you have any siblings…”
“Yah…I don’t talk about them much.”
Reiley thought that she wasn’t close with her brother, because even when she was on the phone with him…she just wanted to get the call over and done with.
